Admission is extended to anyone – regardless of race, gender, or age – who is serious in their intent to present themselves to God “as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth” (2 Timothy 2:15). The college warmly welcomes both full and part-time students, providing they can satisfy the college they are:
- of good moral character and in agreement with the special Christian character of the South Pacific Bible College.
- able to work at an academic level equal to levels 5 and 6 on the NZQA Framework or higher. (A full description can be found on the NZQA website).

Verification of the above will be done through personal interviews, documentation, examination and written testimonials. Applicants must complete and sign an Admissions Application form, available from the Administration Office. International applications should submit their application at least three months before the earliest possible entry date. Domestic applicants may submit an application up until a few weeks before classes start.
We may request more information during the enrolment process. When enrolment requirements have been processed, we will advise students in writing of their acceptance.
The right of admission is at the sole discretion of the Administration or their representatives. In addition, admissions into the Diploma in Christian Leadership (Level 6) will require a contract and the signatures of the student and the supervisors and churches with whom they will be working.
